I bought this cage for my 4 lbs lop. She loves it! The shelf and ramp are too flimsy, but I read in a review on another site that if you slip a long wooden rod under the platform for stability (slip it from side to side) it works great and provides enough support for the rabbit to jump up and sit on. The nesting box is a great place for her to hide in when she wants to be alone; however, I found she she quickly discovered that if she pushed hard enough she could raise the lid and get out. A few pieces of masking tape put a stop to that. The front door folds down so I have no idea how the previous post could say that a rabbit would get their head stuck in it. It just isn't possible. Overall a great cage. Would be better if it was a little cheaper, but I definitely recommend it!

I really like this cage for rabbits.
The plastic grid floor is excellent for their feet,and the pullout trays make cleanup a breeze. The rabbit is off the ground and safely contained.
I do suggest that you purchase the cage from a vendor who will assemble it for you and deal directly with the manufacturer if necessary. Sometimes they arrive broken in the box, and occasionally they are defective. Assembly is not simple -- and the directions are in Italian pictograph.
I currently own four of these cages for my own rabbits and I am very happy with them.

I have reviewed all the cages that look even remotely like the one I own. It almost killed my rabbit.
She stuck her head through one of the doors that really should have had a latch to keep it closed. Simultaneously, the tray fell out beneath her and the little door clamped shut on her neck. She was hung, and I'm so thankful that my mother was there to save her before she went into shock or suffocated.
I implore you: keep searching. There are much safer cages out there!
